Downhill/Bike Park
Yes, protective gear is strongly recommended in the bike park. We provide a complimentary full face helmet and you can add body armor to your rental. We advise on wearing goggles or sunglasses to protect your eyes and wearing biking gloves, all of which we have available for purchase in store.
Sports clothing that you don’t mind getting dirty and that wicks sweat. We recommend bike specific clothing that will not rip or tear.
Enduro bikes are built to be capable of pedaling uphill and riding down. Our Enduro bikes have 170mm of travel so you can also enjoy the rough terrain in the Whistler Bike Park. The Downhill/Bike Park options are built with maximum fun on the downhill in mind and are not suitable for pedaling uphill.
The Devinci Wilson is a downhill bikes from 2022 with Fox performance air suspension. The Devinci Spartan DH is brand new for summer of 2023 with an Enduro frame but longer travel.
We have flat pedals or you can bring your own.
Closed toe, flat soled shoes for protection and grip on pedals.
Recreational Hardtail
In BC you are required to wear a helmet when riding a bike and you can be fined for not wearing one. It is mandatory to wear a full face helmet in the Bike Park. We provide complimentary helmets with all of our rentals.
The most popular 2 hour routes are to Lost Lake park, where you can explore some of the green crushed gravel trails, or down to Lakeside and Alpha Lake parks on the valley trail.
The valley trail is a network of shared, paved pedestrian and cycle paths throughout the Whistler valley. The networks connect the Village, Upper Village, residential areas, parks and lakes.

Kids' Bikes
We have kids’ bikes for children who are 3’9″ or 114cm or taller. For smaller children we offer trailer rentals.
Our Kids’ Enduro Trail Bikes can be taken anywhere! They have front and back suspension and all the specs to make them suitable for the Whistler Bike Park or on Whistler’s single track trails.
Our Kids’ Recreational Hardtail Bikes have front suspension and high volume tires making them great on the paved and crushed gravel trails. Unfortunately, our kids’ bikes are not suitable for use in the Whistler Bike Park or any more technical single track.
Trailers
Unfortunately, our trailers are not suitable for pets. Please return the trailer clean and be considerate of future customers who may also suffer from allergies.
We have kids’ bikes for children who are 3’9″ or 114cm or taller. For smaller children we offer trailer rentals.
E-Cruiser
Yes, our E-Bikes provide a fun and lively pedal assist to help you climb hills and cover longer distances. The bike is not motorized if you stop pedaling.

E-Bikes have an upper limit of 32kmph.

General

Yes, we can include bike locks free of charge with your rental.
Please bring the credit card you paid with and a matching piece of identification. We provide complimentary helmets. We advise dressing for the weather. We sell bike water bottles, sun screen, sunglasses and other accessories you may want during your day.
Unfortunately, we have no control over the weather so any cancellations must abide by our cancellation policy. We advise to plan ahead and dress for the conditions.

Trail
No. Our Enduro Trail Bikes are not permitted for use in the Whistler Bike Park. Please rent one of our Downhill Bikes for use in the Bike Park.
Our Enduro bikes have high specifications with longer travel so are more suitable for use in the Whistler Bike Park. The Trail bikes have 160mm travel and we do not permit them to be used in the Bike Park, but are great for exploring the single track.
Our Kids’ Enduro Trail Bikes can be taken anywhere! They have front and back suspension and all the specs to make them suitable for the Whistler Bike Park or on Whistler’s single track trails.

Enduro/Bike Park
Yes, our Enduro bike the Devinci Spartan GX Carbon is suitable for use in the Whistler Bike Park and for pedaling up to the trails outside the Bike Park.
Our Enduro bikes have high specifications with longer travel so are more suitable for use in the Whistler Bike Park. The Trail bikes have 160mm travel and we do not permit them to be used in the Bike Park, but are great for exploring the single track.

No. Motorized bikes are not permitted in the Whistler Bike Park. Our E-MTBs are for use on the single track trails around the Whistler valley.
